  • VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services provide you with a convenient way to make calls. Here’s everything you need to know about how your VoIP minutes are allocated and managed:
  • Local Call Minutes

    • Proration: Local minutes are prorated upon activation of your VoIP service.
    • Depletion: These minutes are depleted on a per-minute basis.
    • Carry-Over: Unused local minutes do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
    • Hard Cap: Once your allocated local minutes are used up, a hard cap is applied to prevent further charges.
    • Top-Ups: You can purchase additional local minutes through:

    International Calls

    • International calls are not included in your default allocation and require a top-up.
