How to Manage your Products with the Mweb Mobile App

  Whether you want to upgrade, downgrade, sign up for a new service or just check your access details, or product settings you can do it all in the App

  Follow the walkthrough below to see how easy it is:

• If you don’t already have the Mweb Mobile App download it from your favorite App Store and follow this guide to get started.

  The Product Panel

  • The My Products Screen is the default one that opens when you launch the Mobile App
  • Options to Search your products, manage your account, or Buy a New Product appear at the top of the product list
  • (Note that you will be automatically redirected from the App to the Mweb Portal to complete certain actions.)

  Product Panel Layout

  • Each Product appears in it’s own panel, showing the description, price and other useful information
  • Select View more details to access service details and settings
  • Bundled services, such as the Mweb Mailbox shown, will appear in the same panel

  Top-up Purchases

  • Top-up, or Voucher purchase options will be displayed on the panel for relevant products

  Service Detail Screen

  • Selecting View more details will show you all of the information available for that service, such as usage graphs and session information
  • Relevant quick actions, such as upgrading your fibre service, or launching an Internet Test are also available

  Service Settings

  • Scroll further down to access the settings tabs
  • This is where you can do things like find login details for a service or change your mailbox and VoIP Service settings
