Vuma Reach is a prepaid Fibre service, so it works a little differently from a traditional monthly Fibre account. Understanding how your billing cycle works will help you keep your service active without interruption.
Your First Payment
When you sign up for Vuma Reach, you'll need to make your first payment before your order can be processed.
If you're not ready to pay immediately, you have 14 days to complete your payment through your Mweb Online Account.
If payment isn't received within 14 days, your order will expire and you'll need to place a new order.
For more information, see Getting Started with Vuma Reach: From Order to Set-up.
Your Billing Cycle
Vuma Reach is billed on a 30-day prepaid cycle, which means you pay for your service before each 30-day period begins.
How your payments work depends on the payment method you choose.
Paying by Debit or Credit Card
If you've registered a debit or credit card, your payment is collected automatically each billing cycle.
This means you don't need to make a manual payment every month, provided your payment is successful.
Paying Manually
If you pay using:
- EasyPay
- Kazang
- Online Payment
you'll need to make a payment every 30 days to keep your service active.
Your next due date is based on the date your payment is received.
What Happens If a Payment Is Missed?
If your payment isn't received before the end of your current billing cycle, your service will be suspended until payment has been made.
