What Happens If You Miss a Vuma Reach Payment?

What Happens If You Miss a Vuma Reach Payment?

  • Because Vuma Reach is a prepaid Fibre service, your payments need to stay up to date to keep your connection active.

If you miss a payment, here's what you can expect.

    Your Service Will Be Suspended

If your payment isn't received before the end of your current 30-day billing cycle, your Vuma Reach service will be suspended.

    While your service is suspended:

    • You won't be able to browse the internet.
    • Opening a website while connected to your Vuma Reach WiFi will redirect you to the Vuma Reach payment page, where you can make a payment.

    What Happens Next?

Your service will remain suspended until your outstanding payment has been successfully processed.

If your account remains unpaid for an extended period, your service may eventually be cancelled. If this happens, you'll need to place a new order to reconnect.

How Do I Restore My Service?

Once you've made your payment, your service will usually reconnect within 15 minutes.

How to Avoid Missing Future Payments

To help keep your service active:

    • Register a debit or credit card for automatic payments if available.
    • If you make manual payments, set a reminder before your next payment is due.
    • Keep your payment details up to date.
