  Open the Mail Setup in Control Panel

  1. Press Windows + S to open the search bar, type Control Panel, and press Enter.
  2. In the Control Panel, click on Mail (Microsoft Outlook).
     • If you don’t see the Mail option, change the View by setting to Large icons or Small icons.

  Add a New Email Account

  1. In the Mail Setup window, click on Email Accounts.
  2. In the Account Settings window, click on New to add a new email account.

  Enter Your Email Address

  1. Select Manual setup or additional server types and click Next.
  2. Choose Exchange ActiveSync or Exchange Server and click Next.

  Open Outlook and Verify Setup
