How to update your account details

• Changed your address, telephone or email address and need to update your Mweb Account?
  
  Simply login to our self-service portal at www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

  Open the Account Details Screen

  Once you are logged in, select Admin -> Account Details from the menu bar.

  Expand Sections to View or Edit

  Click on the down arrow to expand the section you wish to view or update.

  Account Details

  Expand the Account details section to view your personal information and update your contact details.

  Update Physical Address Details

  Update your Address Details, if required

  Update Postal Address Details

  You can select ‘Same as Physical Address’ to quickly update your Postal Address

  Save your changes

  If your changes are correct, click on Update Customer Data to save them.
  
  Clicking on Close will cancel all edits you have made to your details.

• For Security Reasons personal details such as the name and ID number of the account owner cannot be edited and can only be changed by initiating a change of ownership process with our Client Services team.
  
  Your registered OTP number can be edited on the User Profiles page, if you still have access to the previous number.
