• Before signing up for Vuma Reach Fibre, you'll need to check whether it's available at your address. Vuma Reach is rolled out area by area, so availability depends on where you live.

  How to Check Coverage

  1. Go to https://www.mweb.co.za/fibre
  2. Enter your address into the coverage checker.
  3. Your results will show one of the following:
     • Available - You can place your order straight away.
     • Coming Soon - Vuma Reach is planned for your area but isn't available yet.
     • Not Available - Vuma Reach hasn't been rolled out to your address yet.

  If Vuma Reach Is Available

  Great news! You can place your order online.

  Once your order has been submitted, we'll keep you updated throughout the installation process.

  Vuma Reach coverage continues to expand into new areas.

  If your address isn't covered yet, you can:

  • Check again at a later date.
  • Contact our Sales team to find out whether a rollout is planned for your area.
  • Explore other Mweb packages that may already be available at your address.

  Tip: If you're moving home, remember to check coverage using your new address. Fibre availability can vary between neighbouring suburbs and even individual streets.
