Your Vuma Reach EasyPay Reference Number Explained
Your EasyPay reference number is the unique number that links your EasyPay payments to your Vuma Reach service. We send it to you when you place your order, and you can get it again by SMS from the Vuma Reach payment page. Use the same reference number every time you pay, at any participating retailer, Kazang outlet or in the EasyPay app.
If you pay for Vuma Reach with EasyPay, your EasyPay reference number makes sure your payment reaches your account. Here’s what you need to know.
What Is My EasyPay Reference Number?
It’s a unique number linked to your Vuma Reach service. Every EasyPay payment you make must use this number, so the payment can be matched to your account and your service can be activated or renewed.
Where Do I Find It?
- We send it to you by SMS or email when you place your order.
- If your service is suspended, open any website on your Vuma Reach WiFi to get to the payment page, then select EasyPay or Kazang and choose SMS My EasyPay Number.
Where Can I Pay with It?
- In store: at participating retailers such as Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Checkers and PEP, or any shop showing the Kazang logo.
- Online: on the EasyPay website or in the EasyPay app.
Tell the cashier how much you’d like to pay, and keep your till slip as proof of payment.
How Long Does an EasyPay Payment Take to Reflect?
In-store EasyPay payments usually take a couple of hours to reflect, and sometimes several. Paying before your current month ends means you won’t be cut off while you wait.
Always use your own EasyPay reference number, and stick to one payment method each month. Switching between EasyPay and card in the middle of a month can delay your reconnection.
