Why Has My Vuma Reach Price Changed?
Vuma Reach prices are set by Vumatel, the Fibre network provider. When Vumatel increases its rates, the new price applies to all Vuma Reach customers, and we’ll let you know by email before it takes effect. There are no promotional prices on Vuma Reach, so your price only changes when Vumatel’s rates change.
Why Did My Price Change?
Vuma Reach runs on Vumatel’s Fibre network, and Vumatel sets the price of the service. When Vumatel increases its rates, the increase applies to all Vuma Reach customers, no matter which internet provider they use.
Prices don’t change on a fixed date every year. They only change when Vumatel changes its rates.
Was I on a Special Price That Ended?
No. There are no promotional prices on Vuma Reach, so your price can’t change because a special has ended.
How Will I Know About a Price Change?
We’ll send you an email before a new price takes effect. Make sure your email address is up to date in your Online Account so you don’t miss it.
Where Can I See My Current Price?
Log in to your Online Account at my.mweb.co.za and select your Vuma Reach service.
What If the New Price Doesn’t Suit Me?
