How to update your banking details

• Have your banking details changed? To update your payment method simply login to our self-service portal at www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

  Customer Dashboard

  Once you are logged in, select Admin -> Billing from the menu bar.

  Account and Billing information

  Click on the Edit/Update Details Button

  Update Banking Details

  Fill in the details for your new bank account and click Update Payment Details

• Please note that Debit Order is Mweb’s preferred payment method and the following rules apply:

  • Customers who are already paying via debit order will not see the prompt to change payment method and can only update their banking details.
  • Customers who are currently cash payers can only change from cash to debit order.
  • Customers who were previously allowed to pay via credit card can either change to debit order, or change to new credit card details.
