How to download your monthly statement

• Need to check your statement or invoices?

  Simply login to our self-service portal at www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

  Navigate to the billing information page

  Once you are logged in, select Admin -> Billing from the menu bar.

  Open the 180 Statement

  Click on the 180 Days Statement button.

  View or download your statement

  Check your statement online, or click on the pdf icon to download a copy.

• You can also click on the PDF icons on the statement to download monthly invoices and other documents.
