How to download your monthly statement

Need to check your statement or invoices?

Simply login to our self-service portal at www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

If you’re not sure how to log in you can follow the steps in this guide

1. Navigate to the billing information page

   Once you are logged in, select My Billing in the left side menu.

   

2. Open the 180 Statement

   Click on the 180 Days Statements button.

   

3. View or download your statement

   Check your statement online, or click on the pdf icon to download a copy.

   

You can also click on the PDF icons on the statement to download monthly invoices and other documents.
