What If Something Doesn't Look Right?

    Power Light Is Off

Your Fibre Box isn't receiving power.

    Try the following:

    • Make sure the power cable is securely connected.
    • Check that the wall socket is switched on.
    • Test the wall socket with another device if necessary.

PON Light Is Off or Flashing

This usually indicates that the Fibre Box isn't communicating correctly with the Fibre network.

Restart the Fibre Box. If the PON light doesn't become solid after a few minutes, contact Mweb Support.

LOS Light Is On or Flashing

LOS stands for Loss of Signal.

This means your Fibre Box isn't receiving a Fibre signal from the network. This is usually caused by a Fibre fault rather than a problem inside your home.

Please contact Mweb Support for assistance.

    WLAN Light Is Off

Your WiFi network may be disabled.

If you're unable to connect wirelessly, try restarting the Fibre Box. If the WLAN light remains off, contact Mweb Support.

    Still Need Help?
