How to log a query

• In today’s busy world everything is automated and self-service, but everyone needs a little help sometimes.

  If you need to log a query, simply login to our self-service portal at www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

  Open the Queries Page

  Once you are logged in, select Queries from the menu bar.

  Open a New Query

  To begin logging a query, click on the New Query button.

  Fill in the details of your query

  Choose a category and subcategory for your query and supply any other relevant, or requested information.

  You can also attach files if needed.

  When you’re done click Submit.
