  • Mweb customers can purchase popular hardware and software products from the Mweb Online Store. Hardware items are delivered to customers and software products can be activated within 15 minutes of payment being received. Read on for answers to the most frequently asked questions.


    • What types of products are available?

    • The range of products does change, but includes a range of items such as higher speed routers for Fibre or LTE, VoIP phones, UPS and MediaBox devices and software products such as BitDefender
    • Are payments safe?

    • Yes – payments are made via Credit or Debit Card through our safe and secure payment gateway.
    • What happens is my payment was unsuccessful?

    • Should your payment be unsuccessful this will be displayed on the payment gateway during the process with a range of reasons which are explained in the message. - An error occurred with this payment, please contact your merchant - An error occurred at the gateway, please try again later - Transaction failed, please contact your bank.
    • What happens if I change my mind about a hardware item purchased?

    • Hardware may be returned to us within 30 (thirty) days of purchasing, in its original packaging. The package must be unused, unboxed with all the original labels, stickers attached with all the seals still intact. If not returned in this condition, you will not be refunded.
    • How do I return a hardware item I have changed my mind about?

    • Give us a call on 087 700 5000 and we’ll will arrange to collect the product from you. Once we have inspected the packaging and product we will refund your account with the purchase price of the product. This could take up to 5 working days depending on when we receive the hardware. A credit will be added to your Mweb account within 7 (seven) days from date of collection unless requested otherwise.
    • How do I return a damaged hardware product?

    • Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery, please notify us within 7 (seven) days. The teams will review the damaged elements and either supply you with a new device or arrange a refund.
    • How do I return a faulty hardware product?

    • Should your hardware product be a faulty then please log a Technical query by calling our tech support team or log a query via your online account and one of our team will get back to you. Should basic troubleshooting not resolve the problem, then Mweb will arrange to collect the product from you. Please place all the equipment in the required box including all parts and accessories that came in the original package. Once the product has been inspected and declared faulty, then a replacement will be provided.
    • How do I return a software product?

    • Software that has already been activated may not be returned unless it is defective.
    • Hardware delivery

    • Delivery delays do happen if: - You were not home to receive the parcel. - There was a mistake with the capture of the delivery address - The courier was not able to reach your address Our courier company will try and contact you should the 1st delivery be unsuccessful and try up to 3 times to make contact. After this you will receive a delivery failed/delayed SMS to please contact the courier to make further arrangements. Please contact them to make further arrangements at 0100201028. When placing the order, you would receive a Track my Order email explain how to track your order. Here you will be able to see the status of your order with details.
