How to check your mailbox status

• Did you know that you can easily check the status of your Mweb mailbox and find useful details such the size of your mailbox, how full it is and how many unread messages you have
  
  When you are ready to proceed, simply login to your account at www.mweb.co.za and follow along.

  Locate the Mailbox

  Locate the mailbox you wish to manage settings for and click on the cog next to the mailbox service.

  If your mailbox is bundled with your connection you will find it under the included services for that product.

  Open the Information Section

  The Mailbox settings window will appear.

  Click on the Down Arrow to expand the information section.

  View Mailbox Information

  1. The total capacity of your mailbox (1000 MB = 1 GB)
  2. The Current status of your mailbox
  3. The current size of your mailbox
  4. The number of messages in your mailbox
  5. The number of unread messages in your mailbox
