Why Emails Are Not Being Received

  • 1) Check Webmail

    • Look in Inbox, Spam/Junk and Deleted Items.

    • Mark legitimate messages Not Spam; add the sender to your address book.

    2) Review Quarantine

    • Suspicious mail may be in Quarantine (held for review).

    • Release legitimate messages to deliver them to your inbox.

    3) Consider Spooling

    • During maintenance/outages, inbound mail may spool and deliver automatically once services restore.

    4) Confirm mailbox and filters

    • Storage: ensure your mailbox isn’t full.

    • Filters/Rules: check nothing is moving or deleting mail.

    • Block list: ensure the sender isn’t blocked.

    5) Check your device/app

    • Use IMAP for multi-device sync.

    • Verify server details and re-add the account if needed.

    6) Ask the sender to re-send
