Why Emails Are Not Being Received
1) Check Webmail
Look in Inbox, Spam/Junk and Deleted Items.
Mark legitimate messages Not Spam; add the sender to your address book.
2) Review Quarantine
Suspicious mail may be in Quarantine (held for review).
Release legitimate messages to deliver them to your inbox.
3) Consider Spooling
During maintenance/outages, inbound mail may spool and deliver automatically once services restore.
4) Confirm mailbox and filters
Storage: ensure your mailbox isn’t full.
Filters/Rules: check nothing is moving or deleting mail.
Block list: ensure the sender isn’t blocked.
5) Check your device/app
Use IMAP for multi-device sync.
Verify server details and re-add the account if needed.
6) Ask the sender to re-send
Have them reduce attachment size (≤ 35 MB total).
If they’re an Mweb sender, refer them to Mail Sending Rules and Guidelines.
