After your mailbox was moved to the new Mweb email platform, you may notice that your Sent Items appear to be missing in Outlook. Incoming mail works as expected, but your old sent emails are not visible where you expect them.
This does not mean your sent mail was deleted or lost.
The issue is caused by a difference in how the old and new email platforms name the Sent Items folder.
- The old Mweb webmail platform stored sent mail in a folder called Sent
- The new Mweb webmail platform uses Sent Items
- Outlook treats these as two separate folders
Because of this, Outlook may display two Sent folders, and your older sent emails may be sitting in the one you are not currently viewing.
