How to Upgrade Your Mailbox in Your Online Account
Mailbox Quota Warning - What It Means and What to Do
A mailbox quota message usually means your mailbox is close to full. To stay safe, always check by logging in directly at https://www.mweb.co.za/webmail ; never use links in an email.
Always check that the message is genuine.
If an email looks suspicious, don’t click on it; delete it immediately.
Each mailbox has a storage limit. Once you reach this limit, new emails can’t be delivered until space is freed up. The quota message is a reminder to help you avoid missing emails.
Log in with your email address and password.
Delete old or unnecessary emails, especially large ones with attachments.
Empty your Deleted Items (Trash) and Junk folders.
Tip: If your email account is set up using IMAP, you can also delete emails directly in your mail app (for example, Outlook, Apple Mail, or your phone’s mail app). These deletions will sync with your mailbox online.
If you regularly run out of space, you can upgrade your mailbox storage via https://my.mweb.co.za/
