• Microsoft Outlook (Windows/Mac)

  1. Open Outlook > File > Add Account.
  2. Enter your email address, choose IMAP.
  3. Incoming: imap.mweb.co.za, port 993, encryption enabled.
  4. Outgoing: smtpauth.mweb.co.za, port 587, authentication and encryption enabled.
  5. Finish and let Outlook sync your folders.

  Gmail App (Android/iOS)

  1. Open Gmail > profile icon > Add another account > Other.
  2. Enter your email and password.
  3. Incoming: imap.mweb.co.za, port **993`, encryption enabled.
  4. Outgoing: smtpauth.mweb.co.za, port **587`, authentication and encryption enabled.
  5. Complete and allow sync.

  Apple Mail (macOS)

  1. Open Mail > Add Account > Other Mail Account.
  2. Enter your email, password and name.
  3. Choose IMAP.
  4. Incoming: imap.mweb.co.za, port **993`, encryption enabled.
  5. Outgoing: smtpauth.mweb.co.za, port **587`, authentication and encryption enabled.
  6. Save and select the apps to sync.
