  How to Decide

  • Check current usage in Webmail (mailbox quota/usage).
  • If you frequently send/receive large attachments, consider 25 GB or 50 GB.

  How to Change

  • Request a storage change via your Online Account or Contact Sales.
  • Your mailbox and address stay the same; there’s no migration required.
  • After the change, sign out and back in so apps pick up the new quota.
