Simply navigate to www.mweb.co.za and follow the easy guide below:

Find your master account username and password
Locate the SMS you received with your master account login details.
Note the username and password down in a secure location for future use.
Log Into the Mweb Portal
Go to www.mweb.co.za and login using your master account details from the sms.
Choose Full Access
Select "Full Access" and be ready to enter your One Time Pin (OTP).
Verify Your PIN
Enter your OTP and click on "Verify PIN".
You can sign in with either your username, or the email address you used when you created your account.
If your account details aren’t working, you can click on the “Forgot Password?” option to try retrieve them.
You can always regain access to your account as long as you are the account holder, know your master account username/email address, and have the number registered for the OTP.
