    As an Mweb Customer, you can do all of the following online

    • You can log an online query and one of our teams will call you back to resolve your questions

    • Make any changes your existing product like changing your line speed or Cap size
    • Get notified when Fibre is available at your address
    • Buy data boosters, VoIP local minutes top up or VoIP International calling credit

    1: Go to the Mweb website and click LOGIN on the top right of the page


  • 2: Log in using the Account Username and Password that were SMSed to you at the time of sign up.

  • To make changes to your account, you need to be OTP verified.

  • 3: Select the type of access you want to use. This feature ensures your account is safe and secure
    • Having two types of access prevents any fraudulent activity taking place on your account or your personal details and information being accessed
    • For full access, enter the one-time pin (OTP) that is sent to your phone.
    • Restricted access only lets you view limited account information and doesn’t allow any changes to an account or product.

  • 4: Logged in. Now what?

    You will be presented with all of the information related to your current products under the My Products tab where you will be able to view the settings and other important information related to all of your products. If you want to see only 1 of your products, select the relevant product tab.


  • The ADMIN tab allows you to access and update the nitty gritty of your account details, password, notification settings and billing information.

    QUERIES is where you can log any enquiries or problems that you need help with, and you can track past or current orders in the ORDERS tab.

    The MESSAGES page allows you to view any messages about your account and other updates.
