How to Get Proof of Payment From Your Bank
Open your banking app or online banking, go to your payment history and select your payment to Mweb. Choose the option to send, share or download the proof of payment, and send it to your own email first. Then send it to us on Live Chat or in the Mweb app. Make sure it shows the date, amount and your payment reference.
What Is Proof of Payment?
A proof of payment (POP) is a document from your bank that confirms you made a payment. It shows the date, the amount, who you paid and the reference you used.
You may need it if your payment hasn’t reflected yet, or if you paid us by mistake and want a refund.

It works the same way at almost every bank.
- Open your banking app or sign in to online banking.

- Send it to your own email address so you have a copy.
