How to Log In to Webmail

• On the move and need to access your mail from anywhere?

  
  

  All you need is a web browser to use our powerful webmail client.
• You will need to have your username and password for your mailbox ready.
  
  If you’re not sure how to find those you can follow this guide.
  

• How To Log In

  1. Open your browser
     Use the latest version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari for the best experience.
  2. Go to the webmail login page
     Enter this URL in your browser: https://www.mweb.co.za/webmail
  3. Enter your email address
     Type your full Mweb email address (e.g., yourname@mweb.co.za).
  4. Enter your password
     Use the password linked to your Mweb email account.
  5. Click ‘Login’
     You’ll be taken straight to your inbox.

  Go to the Webmail login page

  Go directly to www.mweb.co.za

  From the top menu select Email

  OR

  Browse directly to www.mweb.co.za/webmail

  Log Into Webmail

  Enter your Mweb mailbox username and password.

  Click Login.

  Logged In

  Welcome to your Mailbox, you can start sending and reading emails right away.
• Troubleshooting Login Issues

  • Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Your Password option.
  • Account locked? If you’ve entered the wrong password too many times, wait 15 minutes before trying again, or reset your password.
  • Still can’t log in? Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.

• Security Tip

  Always log out after using SmarterMail on a public or shared device, and never share your password.
