How to Clear Browser Cache and Cookies for Webmail

  • Google Chrome

    1. Menu (⋮) > Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data.
    2. Choose Cached images and files (and Cookies if needed).
    3. Select Time range (e.g., All time).
    4. Clear data, then close and reopen Chrome.

    Microsoft Edge

    1. Menu (⋯) > Settings > Privacy, search, and services.
    2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
    3. Tick Cached images and files (and Cookies if needed).
    4. Clear now, then restart Edge.

    Mozilla Firefox

    1. Menu (≡) > Settings > Privacy & Security.
    2. Under Cookies and Site Data, select Clear Data.
    3. Tick Cached Web Content (and Cookies if needed).
    4. Clear, then restart Firefox.

    Apple Safari (macOS)

    1. Safari > Settings > Advanced and enable Show Develop menu.
    2. Develop > Empty Caches.
    3. To clear cookies: Safari > Settings > Privacy > Manage Website Data > Remove All.
  • After clearing, sign in to Webmail again. If issues persist, try an incognito/private window to rule out extensions.
