How to manage user profiles on your Mweb Account
Not receiving SMS messages from Mweb?
If you are not receiving SMS messages from Mweb, including OTPs, password reset messages or important account notifications, the SMS number may have been blocked on your phone.
This can happen if the same SMS number was previously used for other campaigns and was blocked by mistake. When this happens, Mweb SMS messages may also be blocked.
To receive Mweb SMS messages again, please unblock the SMS number linked to your mobile provider.

The steps may differ slightly depending on your phone, but you can usually unblock a number from your Messages app.
